Jos founded Forza in 2017 after a 20-year career in diverse sectors including sports & event marketing, media, broadcast technology, online retail and manufacturing (sporting goods & sports apparel). He has worked in large corporate organizations and has also successfully managed SME investee businesses (including Start Ups) in UK and internationally for a boutique VC firm.

 

Jos set Forza up to support SME businesses across all sectors, making the most of his vast experience and his collaborative approach to successful business transformation.  He advises and supports business owners to translate their business ambitions into realistic commercial deliverables and results either as an interim C-Suite executive or as a contracted business consultant.

 

He is highly accomplished at designing and effectively executing business strategies, visions and road maps, achieving desired outcomes through leadership of high performance, multi-functional teams in complex business settings.

 

He has significant experience of driving change management, business transformation, business and project strategies, start-up ventures, sales and profit growth initiatives, performance improvement and the realization of shareholder value.

 

He is sales and marketing led with a track record of exceeding sales, revenue and profitability targets.
